Cryptography/Computer Security grad programs?

<p>Hi. I'm looking for grad schools with an emphasis on Cryptography / Computer Security / Information Assurance.</p>

<p>Location: Anywhere in Continental U.S. (Pref: Midwest)
Public School with Financial Assistance
And something I'd be able to get into</p>

<p>B.S. University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire (Avg. ACT 24, 25-75% at 22-26)
Major: Computer Science (Comprehensive)
Minor: Mathematics (Liberal Arts)
GPA: Mediocre.. 3.0'ish.</p>

<p>I looked into this a bit a few years ago for my son - I’m pretty sure University of Wisconsin has a good program.</p>

<p>UC Davis has a good graduate cryptography program from what I’ve heard.</p>
