I’m a junior transfer student, majoring EECS, Berkeley. Next semester is coming up and I want to figure out my schedule. I was wondering if anyone has taken Cs 70 or 61C during summer, that could give me some information about the workload and the difficulty of the class and suggestion on which one to take during summer. Thank you so much
It depends.
I know, that doesn’t help much.
I don’t know about 61C, but for 70, I know it’s very fast-paced. For some students, it’s overwhelming.

Listen to the recorded lectures, try the homework & exams. You’ll have a better feel for the workload.
