I got a 5 on the Comp Sci A AP, which could let me get credit for 15-112. But should I skip 15-112 and go straight into 15-122? Is 15-112 a lot harder than Comp Sci A that I won't do well in 15-122?

I'm not a CS major but I want a second major in Computer Science so this isn't just for general ed.

Advice and comments are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

15-112 and 15-122 aren’t related, so you shouldn’t worry about skipping 112 and doing well in 122. 112 is very practical and programming-concentrated, while 122 also focuses a lot on theory and math. I personally skipped 112 because I got credit for it and CS wasn’t my major either, but I heard fun stories about 112 and that it’s a class worth experiencing for those who don’t know programming as well as those who do.
My suggestion is to take the credit for it and move on in the CS curriculum mainly because you want to get ahead on the double major first. However if you ever have time later on. it’s an interesting class worth trying :)
