Which of the Ivies has the most strength/best reputation in the field of CS and engineering? Are there any that have a Co-op program like U of Waterloo?

Cornell is the answer to both of your questions. (Actually, yes is the answer to the second one, but I assumed that you really wanted to know which one). I had an outstanding co-op from Cornell work for me. Waterloo sounds terrific though too.

The rank of Waterloo is not higher then Cornell, but the co-op program is more popular.

While at Cornell, I spent one summer in an internship at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland near DC and one summer at Aricebo Radio Observatory in Puerto Rico. This was for electrical and computer engineering. The student has to take the initiative to arrange their own internships but there are plenty of opportunities. Cornell does not have a formal “co-op” program built into the curriculum. But, you can get work and/or research experience. Cornell is not only the best engineering program in the Ivies but is arguably one of the 10 best in the country.

What about Yale Electrical engineering and Computer Science interdepartmental major?

Yale is not nearly as strong in ECE as Cornell and Princeton.
