Well, the title says it all. I plan to major in CS (or 6-2/6-3 in MIT's case) with a double major or minor in Math, and I'm split between these two. Should I also add that, so far, I've received the Knaster-McWilliams scholarship (full-tuition) for CMU, and that I haven't yet received the MIT financial aid packaged (but am not expecting much from it)? Which school would be best?

If money is a factor, go CMU. If its not, go MIT. Cmu is great, but MIT is worth the brand name.

Based on what I have read, you will be EXTREMELY successful wherever you go. So visit both places, talk to your parents about money, and decide

Haha! Thanks! I still havent gotten my financial aid package from MIT. They said I should receive it sometimes this week… I’ll see what I get and then come back for with more questions. :]

Congratulations. One of the very few.
CMU must really want you.
