Cs

This sounds stupid, but if you are in the School of Computer Science, you are majoring in CS, right? or is there a more specific major?
is Artificial Intelligence part of CS?

thanks

If you're in SCS, your primary major is Computer Science. Other undergraduate tracks offered by SCS include a second major in Human-Computer Interaction, a minor in Robotics, and a minor in Language Technologies.

Yes, if you enroll in SCS, your major is de facto declared. The other departments are more of concern to grad students. But the CS major requirements offer a lot of possibility to take a specialized set of courses; i.e. there's "electives" that you can fill with whatever CS courses you want. You can concentrate in robotics, AI, language technologies, computer graphics, computational mathematics...there's a whole bunch of options.
