CS61C in Fall 15 -- should I phase 1 or 2 ?

I want to take CS61C in Fall 2015. Could I enroll in Phase 2 and still get it for sure ? I am undeclared, L&S CS intended, will be sophomore in Fall (with class level Junior, probably because of HS AP credits).
