<p>Can anyone tell me what are the stats of cse direct admits. i have a 2170, top 5% etc, but i just generally wanted to know what scores these people have since i have heard that getting into cse as a direct admit is extremely difficult.</p>

<p>TLDR version:
Grades - 3.8+
Coursework - Calculus, physics, English preferred. CS experience not required.
Potential - Your application (personal statements and extra curriculars) should show that you have the potential to grow as a student in the CSE department. Direct admit is an investment in the student.</p>
