<p>I'm confused as to why certain colleges require that both of these forms be filled out, can someone explain please? And do you complete the CSS at the same time as FAFSA? thank you =></p>
<p>FAFSA is to allocate Federal funds, while the CSS Profile is used for Institutional funds specific to each college.</p>
