CSS - Can't figure out how to add schools?

For some reason, there isn’t a way to add schools on my CSS dashboard and there isn’t an ID number on my page. The form won’t let me continue unless I add schools. I’ve contacted College Board but they haven’t responded and I’m getting nervous . . . has this happened to anyone else/does anyone know how to fix this problem?

  2. Select "Continue Application"
  3. Select "Academic Information"
  4. Select "College/Program Selection"
  5. Click the "College/Program Selection" button
