I filled out the sheet for the CSS Noncustodial Parent Waiver and submitted it (alongside supporting documentation) through IDOC, but how would I send it to the schools that don’t use IDOC (sorry if this sounds like a dumb question)?

Schools that don’t use IDOC will tell you how they prefer to receive these documents. Check for information on the school’s website first.

And if you can’t find the info on the schools’ websites, call each FA office and ask about the waivers.
