OK, I made a huge mistake that may cost me a fortune...

I found out about the CSS profile a week ago and was going to fill it out this past week but completely forgot to with everything else going on. The deadline is today and since I'm already late, I don't want to wake up my parents who need to wake up very early for work tomorrow. I wouldn't have been able to finish it in time anyways.

I know I made a really stupid, irresponsible mistake so please don't bash and just give advice if you have any. I will definitely call the admissions office tomorrow to see what the penalty is like. I heard that the top tier schools are generally more flexible about these deadlines but I just need to confirm that submitting the form a day late won't be TOO big a deal.

I believe that students who submit late forms will be given less scholarships and other opportunities for money...does that also apply to students who submit them a day late?

Thanks,
Dixiesilverjojo
