<p>I would call the FA office to check but my son applied ED and I know that the FA deadline was Nov 1 the same day as the application. I submitted the CSS online that day and FA said it was not a problem. Even though it takes awhile for them to get it, you don’t have to send it in 3 weeks before the deadline.</p>
