<p>I'm filing out the CSS PROFILE form but I do not know who should the Special Circumstances/ Explanation section be addressed to if one is sending PROFILE to more than one college and how should the info be formatted, in the form of a letter or should i just plainly state the case? Also, my family owns the home we live in and so theres no monthly home mortgage payment. How should i explain this in Explanation section?</p>

<p>Iirc, there is an item that asks what your home is worth, then another that asks how much you owe. I don’t think further explanation is needed.</p>
