Hi everyone! I am an international student applying to schools in the US. I meet the eligibility criteria for the CSS PROFILE fee waiver, but I am not able to submit my application. Can someone please help me?
My understanding is that international students are not eligible for Profile fee waivers.
You are eligible to receive CSS Profile fee waivers if you are a first-year undergraduate applicant whose parents live in the U.S.

On what basis do you feel that you meet the eligibility criteria for a Profile fee waiver? Do your parents live in the U.S.?
As an international student, if you do not have a physical presence in the U.S. or attend school in the U.S. (not a U.S. school in another country), then you will not be eligible for fee waivers.
If you are a U.S. citizen attending school outside of the U.S.:
While you may have been eligible for a SAT fee waiver, because you are attending high school in the U.S. and meet the requirements for a fee waiver, if your parents are not physically present in the U.S., then you would not be eligible for a Profile fee waiver. Based on your past posts, you are here with a guardian meaning your parents are not in the country (this will be why you are not eligible for a fee waiver).
You can and should talk to your GC so they can contact the school to advise you on how to proceed. Remember even if you are attending high school in the U.S., your ability to pay will be a factor in the admissions process.
