<p>I'm an RD applicant and I was just checking the financial aid status in the portal, and I saw that the CSS profile still says incomplete. Collegeboard says that it was reported on 01/28/2013. Is this happening to anyone else?</p>

Have to mail copies of completed taxes, w2s, etc to address from css.</p>
<p>Just call student services/financial aid. I called them with a much more complicated question and the very nice and helpful woman answering the phone listened carefully, checked the file and then went in search of the specific financial aid counselor who emailed me an answer an hour later.</p>
<p>I think your question could be answered in just a minute with a check of the file. So a phone call or quick email will solve the mystery.</p>
