<p>Also, if a question, such as "Enter the amount of money and support the student received from the noncustodial parent during the 2012-13 school year" doesn't apply, should I leave it blank or put zero?</p>

<p>Yes, the W-2 is the form that you get from an employer.</p>

<p>You cannot have any blanks. Put “0” in the space.</p>
