CSS profile submitted but not received by the university

Hi, I am an international student. I submitted CSS profile to Denison University on 25th November, and it was scheduled to be reported on 26th November. But Denison University has not got my CSS profile yet. I contacted both Denison and College Board several times. College board said that Denison received my CSS profile on 28th Nov, and told me to tell Denison to contact College Board if Denison didn’t receive my CSS profile.

In the first response, Denison told me to double check if I had submitted. I said everything to Denison officials as college board suggested. But I haven’t heard back from them. I am really worried now. Because 1st December was the deadline for the ED applicants. Could you tell me what happened with my profile? Any idea?

It sounds like Denison hasn’t uploaded that batch of Profile forms yet.

What do you mean by “Batch of Profile forms”? When I requested them to recheck, they said that they had done rechecking, and told me to double check if I had submitted.

I would call/email Denison again on Monday, show them the receipt from College Board - that it was sent to them - and find out next steps.
