<p>Yes and the deadline is much sooner for first-time students than for the returning students.</p>
<p>It’s march 1st for RD applicants IIRC and May 1st for returning students. The different deadlines is due to the fact that new students get their FA packages at the beginning of the summer while returning students get them later in the summer.</p>
