<p>for the CSS profile:
can I change my list of colleges after I am done registering?</p>

<p>one of my friends said that I will incur the processing fee if I add to the list after registering and submitting my profile?</p>

<p>could anyone shed light on this?</p>

<p>Yes, when you submit it will go only to the colleges you have listed. If you add a college later on there is a $5 processing fee on top of the $18 fee to send the report.</p>
