<p>Is it just me, or does it seem a bit of a rip off to be paying to submit our css profiles to colleges we might not even be accepted into?</p>
<p>Yes it does seem unfair (and a waste of time), but you do submit and pay for the Profile to be sent to any college you want to be considered for fin. aid, even if you do not know that you have been accepted there. Bite the bullet and pay the $16.</p>
<p>Just another way the college board seeks to rip us off.</p>
