CSSprofile for multiple kids

We filed CSSprofile for our HS senior S2 for his upcoming college registration this fall.

We need to also file it to renew S1's national merit finalist scholarship (a second year).

Is there any way to reuse the existing CSSprofile we created for S2 for S1: like, save it, and only change information specific to each kid - vast bulk of the stuff that needs to be entered is about our finance, and it would be a pain in the butt to re-enter the same information all over again.

Thanks for your help in advance

What??? Where did you get that idea? Why would you need to do that?
We never did! National Merit sends out a card asking if the student will still be receiving the award in the following year. You send it back with YES checked off. NMSF doesn’t care about the Profile, or Financial need. Its an independent scholarship, and is not tied into any Financial aid calculations.
If Chicago has given you FA then you do need to reapply for FA each year, but your total family EFC should not change with 2 in college.

It’s the school that requires it. The school is giving extra $$$ as a matching merit scholarship.

The school requires both FAFSA and CSSprofile to give their extra fund.

I don’t know of a way to do that, Hyeonjlee. I think you have to fill out two separate Profile forms, but maybe someone else will know more.

You can print off the first one and pretty easily just copy the shared info into the next one.

After we finished daughter two’s Profile, it asked us if we wanted to save the info for another child (or something like that.) We saved it to do daughter 1’s Profile. I’m pretty sure though that you have to make that choice right when you’re wrapping up the first one.
