Hey guys,
Do CSU's want us to report 7th/8th grade math courses even if they are not on our transcript? I tried emailing admission offices of individual schools I am interested in, but none of them have emailed back. The only school that has this info provided on their website is Cal Poly SLO, and they basically said self-reported courses should be validated by official high school transcript, so I omitted putting Alg 1 on my application. Also, do CSU's compare applications with eachother and UC's? Because if one school prefers me to omit courses not on my transcript, and one school wants me to put it on my application, it would look very fishy...

grades from 7/8 grade aren’t included in your GPA - no matter what classes you took. If you took advanced math, science or whatever, they will give you credit for having completed it (checking an a-g box)
UCs and CSUs do not share info with other campuses - though there’s a system wide application so, all the CSUs see basically the same info. Same with the UCs.
You won’t be asked to supply transcripts until after you are admitted and have paid a deposit.
Generally, the best practice is to list/submit everything and let them figure out what to ignore.
