Still waiting on a decision for SJSU. My portal says decision pending. What does everyone else’s portal say? And when should we expect a decision by? The wait is killing me, I hope I get in!
@Bofaa87 My SJSU portal says decision pending just like @zzzzz1415 also stated. The good thing is that you’re at least waitlisted for LB which means you have a good chance of getting in. A lot of people decide not to go last minute believe it or not. I also think you’ll get into SF because Santa Barbara community is a pretty good CC. They are probably just taking forever since you’re SoCal. I haven’t gotten anything from Cal Poly Pomona, probably because they’re giving all the SoCal residents priority first. Hopefully we all hear back from San Jose soon! Don’t be discouraged about your one class, there are plenty of people who apply missing a good chunk of classes.
@Lonleygirl15 I’m still waiting and nothing changed but hopefully they’ll let me know cuz i still have to move from SB to SF. My status on SJ says “Complete” not even “Decision Pending” but i’m pretty sure they gonna get back to me before November so i could apply for the Fall. Tbh your words really made me feel better thank you so much. Good Luck and let us know when you get accepted at SJ !
Hey guys, so I logged back into my SJSU portal and they changed my status to “Not CSU Eligible”, but I don’t understand because I’ve literally already been accepted into two CSUs and I have all the requirements plus an AA-T. Do you guys know why they would put this?
Nevermind, I just called them. They said since I have on class in progress that is towards my major, that makes me ineligible. They said it needed to be completed during the summer of 2018. Oh well, I’m sad but I have two backups that accepted me and I’m waiting on Pomona. That’s my number 1. If they deny me I’ll definitely be sad though. Good luck to everyone else! [-O<
Uh oh, I’m taking classes towards my major right now too. I didn’t think that would be disqualifying! Mine still says decision pending, so now I’m nervous! I’m planning on applying for Fall if I don’t get in for Spring.
I applied to SDSU, CPP and CSUF. I’ve been accepted at SDSU, waiting to hear back from the other two. Best of luck ya’ll.
@wheeek I wouldn’t worry if your portal still says decision pending, they slready sent me the application withdrawal letter today. When I called they told me sometimes they overlook it depending on the major/circumstances. She also told me I could try to speak with someone to fight it but I just didn’t care enough for all that since I’ve been accepted elsewhere.
@Lonleygirl15 oh i’m sorry to hear that. Well if you been accepted in 2 other school then you should be fine. I hope you hear good news from Pomona. Now you made me nervous… What is your Major ? I think they have some impacted ones !!
Yeah I am super nervous! Mine still says decision pending. Just got off the phone with SJSU, lady said decisions may be out next month or December! Even though the intent to enroll is November 13 she said that decisions can come after that date and your intent to enroll gets pushed. Why in the hell do we have to wait that long!!!
That sucks, i’m waiting on both SFSU and SJSU haven’t heard anything and my status is still “Complete” in SJ portal. I’m so impatient and they seem to be taking their time! 
That’s horrible! I was going to wait to see if I got in before submitting applications for Fall. I guess I should just do Fall applications now, then. Thanks for calling in and letting us know about that. The website said they usually go out in October so I was kind of counting on that 
I just check my portal and it says that i was Conditionally Admitted to SFSU based on the info on my application. I guess i have to send my transcript. Still waiting on SJSU but pretty sure i’m going to SFSU. I hope you guys heard back too.
@Lonleygirl15 All bad. Should of applied. I was admitted with a 2.9 gpa majoring in business.
@galann did you get accepted into SJSU for spring 2019? i haven’t heard back yet but i submitted by application a couple days before the deadline. did you submit it earlier?
I just checked and my status was updated to Admit By Self-Report data from SJSU. Hope a final decision comes soon!

@asg9090 I don’t think we have to submit any more transcripts. They just have to verify the ones we sent in before.
I submitted my intent to enroll and my status has been updated to “AA Transfer Complete File”. The SJSU website says it can take 4-8 weeks from here to do the final transcript review.
