<p>I know the CSU is open...but is the UC open to work on in october and then you can only submit it between nov 1-30? </p>
<p>and i just applied to san diego state, and they say nothing about me sending a transcript? do csu not require a transcript to be sent, because im pretty skeptical about this...</p>
<p>I was told UC application opens today and we are able to file between nov1-30, but it is not open at this moment. Its wierd to, because certain places claim that it opens “early october”…whether this means today or another day, I dont know. But im hoping that it does…anyone else have any ideas?</p>
