<p>SDSU/SJSU are very respectable schools for Engineering. You might want to include Cal Poly SLO and Cal Poly Pomona plus CSULB.</p>

<p>SLO will probably be a Low Reach/High Match. SLO can be just as competitive as the Mid-tier UC’s. </p>

<p>CSULB and CPP would be good matches.</p>

<p>@Gumbymom Oh I totally forgot I really want to go to UC Davis as well. is 1850 SAT (690M 560R 600W) good enough for engineering or should i retake? well I mean i already signed up for the retake but I think I’ll get somewhere in 1900’s this time. I have decent EC’s but nothing spectacular (lots of community service hours, leadership etc) </p>

<p>@AchieveLife‌: Average SAT for UCD was 1924. For Engineering, you want to be above the average so shoot for a 2000 to have a good chance at an acceptance. </p>
