Are you local to any of the CSU’s?
SDSU is a Reach with an average EI around 4300+
CSU Long Beach, Northridge and Fullerton are definitely possible but really depends upon your competition (applicants for your major). Humboldt would be a safety school. I would add a few more CSU’s just in case.

https://www.csun.edu/admissions-records/freshman-impaction describes CSUN’s fall 2019 thresholds. They may change for fall 2020 admissions. But the thresholds then were:
Local area: 2950
Non-local: 3800
Some majors were impacted, with thresholds from 3060 to 3800 (local area applicants got +100 for comparison to impacted major thresholds; non-local applicants needed to meet the general non-local threshold as well).
