CSU Mentor Fee waiver, HELP.

Hello, so I was trying to apply for a fee waiver for my CSU mentor apps. I was just wondering if I am supposed to use both my parents income even though they are divorced? I live with my mother and she is unemployed, with 3 dependents in the house. My father works for the cable company and makes about 30,000 a year but I never stay with him. Would they charge me with fraud if I used my mother's income to see if I'm eligible for the fee waiver? Do you think I am eligible?

Here are the instructions:
" If you are a dependent student, enter your parents/guardians' 2014 total annual income and enter your family size including your parents/guardians (or registered domestic partner), yourself, other dependent children, and other dependents. "

Listen, you aren’t charged with fraud if you don’t do fraud. So just make sure you are doing the right thing and you will have no worries.

For the fee waiver (and your FAFSA) only your custodial parent and household are used. So you report your mom and how many dependent children are in the household. She has to report any income and benefits like TANF. Yes you will get waivers for up to 4 CSU campuses.

But what are you using to live on and eat with? When you fill the FAFSA they will want to know or you will get verified. Child support has to be reported. Are you on Free Lunch?
