CSU to CC to UC

<p>Hi im currently a first semester freshman at SDSU and i was planning on finishing my first semester and withdrawing after to attend a cc. Will my chances of transferring to a UC be less because i have one semester of SDSU. Oh and i was wondering if my financial aid from sdsu such as the pell grant and cal grants both living allowance and tuition grants will transfer to the cc as well?</p>
