CSU to UC?

<p>Why is it so hard for the people transfer from CSU to UC???
I know is hard but I still want to transfer.,,
of coz I am not going to CAL or sth like that..
but I hope I could get in UCSB or UCI..
(BTW I am talking about next year..)</p>

<p>Well it’s hard for two reasons:

  1. Community college students get priority, then UC-UC transfers
  2. You need to guess which of the classes available at CSU will transfer to UC</p>

<p>If your GPA is pretty high (3.5+) and you complete the pre reqs (math+2english+4other + major prerequisites) you should have a decent chance at schools like UCSB/UCI.</p>
