<p>So this is just a question for someone I know.. They are interested in transfering after their freshman year at CSUF to UCSB at a sophmore level... How possibile is that? Also interested in taking classes at the local cc while at the csu too..</p>

<p>uc’s dont take sophmore transfers - only junior. so you would need 30 credits to apply then 60 to enroll.</p>
<p>Also, you have a MUCH better chance of getting in to a UC from a community college (since that is UC’s top priority) than from a CSU.</p>
<p>Your friend should drop out and go back to community college for a year if he/she is serious about completing their degree at a UC.</p>
