CSU transfer problem HELP

During Fall 2015, I applied to CSU Chico and got accepted.

I put on my application that I will have completed all the necessary courses at the end of Spring semester (2016).
One of the classes that I stated on my application to Chico is that I will have completed my Oral Communications class by the end of the Spring term. And to transfer into CSU’s you need an Oral Comm. class.
During the Spring term, I dropped my Oral Communications class.

Chico wants me to send in my official transcript no later than July 15th.
Here my Question: If I took that Oral Comm. class over summer ( June 6th- July 1st), and got my grade posted to my official transcript, and sent it all in before the July 15th deadline, would Chico State accept it?

You need to ask the college, not disembodied readers on the internet. Call them. And why did you drop the class when you knew you needed it to get into Chico? [/parent rant]

Call Chico today and ask them point-blank.
You need to make plans for next year.
