Do I need to take Speech class to be even considered an applicant by CSU (Poly/Pomona) Cause i don't think i will have any more room to fit another speech class.

CSUMentor - Plan for College - Transfer Students - Upper-Division Grade Requirements

"Finally, general education courses in the written communication, oral communication, critical thinking and mathematics sections of general education must be completed with a grade of C or better for each course."

It appears that you do have to complete speech before transferring. But I would contact the schools, it's possible they might make exceptions.

would it be an auto reject though?

@adamantinex: you can take speech in summer. It is not an auto reject. CSUs want you to go to their schools, so they wouldn't reject your application.

though some cal states specify that i shouldnt include classes that i will take in summer.

whats worse is that. i already submitted my application....

Do you have a decent GPA and completed most of the requirements? If you do, then I think you'll be fine. Just contact whatever CSUs you sent your application to and tell them that you will take speech during summer. You can write the schools a letter about this. To me, CSUs are really easy to get in.

I will complete most of the requirements, except speech. I have 4.0 right now but i don't know about later though. THe thing is though, some of the csus dont even ask for my grades........ =____= its daunting. I really wanna get into Cal Poly SLO or at least CSUN.

It depends on your intended major. Go here:
Cal Poly > Transfer Selection

Use the drop down box to find your major. Each major lists in bold what is required to transfer into their college. If you haven't completed the bold requirements, you won't get in.
