<p>Is it require that I have to finish Oral Communication/Written Communication/Critical Thinking/Math BEFORE applying?</p>
<p>I'm planning to transfer in Spring 2011(application starts in Aug 2010), but I have not started Critical Thinking/Math yet. (I will take both Critical Thinking/Math in Fall 2010, the semester before Spring 2011) </p>
<p>Can I still apply like that?</p>
