CSU transferable GPA question

Got two quick questions as Im stressing college apps right now.

I took Meteorology at a local California Community College (De Anza) then transfered out of state to University of North Dakota where initially they had me retake meteorology (found out half way through I actually did not have to) and I ended up getting the same grade both at the CCC and at UND.
Do I factor both grades into my transferable gpa?

Also I got a D in a speech class at UND and I am retaking a speech class that falls under the same GE speech section (will be getting an A in the class).
Do I factor in the D to my transferable gpa?

I do not need either class to make the required units or for Igetc or Csu GE.

Im applying to
SFSU
CSULB
SDSU
CSUN
Fullerton

thanks

Do you like poop?

no…

I believe CSUs want you to calculate your GPA based on ALL courses taken, even repeats. The only ones you can drop off are non-transferable courses which they define as things like pre-collegiate classes like algebra-prep classes, remedial reading/writing, etc.

However, your best bet is to see a CCC counselor asap for clarification.
