<p>Okay, my older sister took 90 units at a CC and finished her junior year of college at a CSU. She hasn't made any friends and is not really enjoying her experience at all. Seems like she'd rather be willing to dropout and start working rather than go back. It's been a little tough for her because she regrets not applying to a UC. Is there any way that a student who took 90 semester units at a CC and 36 quarter units at a CSU able to redo her junior year at a UC? Money is a non-issue for her.</p>
