CSUF Nursing Admission for Entry Lvl Freshmen - Chances

I am a high school senior. I have 4.42 weighted and 3.69 non-weighted, CSU GPA : 3.87, and SAT : 1220. Will retake SAT in Dec. and ACT in Dec. What are my chances in getting this program and do anyone know how you got accepted into this program? Thank you.

CSU Fullerton’s EI threshold last year for Nursing Direct admit was a 4550.
Based on your posted stats, your EI is 4316 which is below that threshold. You will definitely be admitted to CSU Fullerton, but most likely not to the Nursing program. You can still attend CSUF with another major, take the Nursing Pre-Req courses and then reapply by end of Sophomore year.

Best of luck and apply widely since Nursing is impacted at all the CSU’s and UC’s along with being highly competitive in California.

@Gumbymom so if we applied to the direct entry nursing and don’t get admitted Can we still attend the school

Yes you could be accepted to Fullerton as Undeclared if you are not accepted to the Nusing program.
