Thanks @musiclover1404 ! Sometimes I just get paranoid about things not gling through. Lol
@musiclover1404 Oh thank you, I feel a lot better about my chances now. I have all of my major specific requirements done plus a little extra, so I don’t feel as worried as I did before. Thanks!
@transfers no problem!! I also forgot to mention that of the 60 transferable units, 30 of those units have to be csu approved general education coursework.
I personally faxed my unofficial transcript I believe it’s much faster.
Major: Graphic Design

Also, just a question. For my “To-do list”, it says HS transcripts, even if though it says “We do NOT need this docu to complete your file”.
Has anyone been asked to turn in their official transcripts from Fall 2018 yet? And does everyone have the HS transcript on their to-do list still?
@adreezybones @Jayyousi @musiclover1404 Hey there! I was just wondering if they notified you on when to send in unofficial transcripts? Is that in the to-do list for you? Or was it posted elsewhere?
@ggdcal based on my to do list the official transcript is due by mid march and unofficial is due as soon as you get the fall 2018
And no I was not asked to turn in my HS transcript.
@Jayyousi So strange…My to do list only has “high school transcript”, and then the information for transfers says we don’t need it. Perhaps I have to wait a little bit more time?
Hey @ggdcal ! It was on my to-do list on the main page of the portal. It’s asking me for an unoffical transcript to be sent asap and the official one that is due around March. I kinda feel that they did not ask for my HS transcripts because I went to HS in the Philippines. They’re not
Even asking for my transcripts of some college work I did in the Philippines.
Best of luck to you buddy!
Is the transcript thing only for people who are currently seniors in high school?
@josini95 no it’s for all levels of educational institutions. In the case of this discussion it’s transcripts from colleges that we are attending now or have attended in the past.
Hey @ggdcal ! My to do list said the same as @Jayyousi and @adreezybones . It basically just said it wanted unofficial trancripts as soon as you could send it in and then it wanted official trancripts due by march 15,2019. I sent both types of trancripts in a week or two ago and they removed it from my to do list. You are a community college student right? Thats so weird that they are asking for your hs trancripts. Im a cc student and they didnt ask for mine. Maybe call their admissions department or email them about it, maybe they can clear things up?
Did any of you start applying for scholarships or know what the deadlines are for scholarships? Or is it after we get the admission decisions?
@Jayyousi @musiclover1404 Hm… I’ll definitely call them right now. I’m confused, perhaps they think I’m a freshman? But I applied as a transfer student. Thank you guys again!
@Jayyousi @musiclover1404 @adreezybones So I double checked the emails and it says. “TRANSCRIPTS: We only require official transcripts from admitted students. If admitted, please send transcripts from all schools where you have already completed your coursework, as well as schools you are currently attending. Send the official transcripts with grades for coursework completed through the Fall 2018 semester by mid-March, and an official final transcript by the deadline in July.”
So you guys already got admitted into their programs? I think that makes more sense to me now!
Admission decisions are not made yet, based on last years transfer thread they stated rolling out decisions in mid February. Just an FYI everyone, I was on the call wil one of the admission people at CSFU because I faxed my unofficial transcript last week and it’s still showing it as not received, so he told me the best way to send it is using this email, evaluation@fullerton.edu.
@Jayyousi Okay thank you! I emailed the admissions office for questions, I’m just afraid that if I send a transcript from my HS and or colleges I’ve been to, then they would dispose of them, because they weren’t requesting it from me at that time. I remember reading somewhere on their website saying if they didn’t request any transcripts from college from you, they dispose of it.
@Jayyousi Sorry I hate to bother you again, but how did you send an unofficial transcript? One of the colleges I went to doesn’t have a PDF I can download, so I’m not sure…if a screenshot…would suffice as an unofficial transcript? When you email evaluations for unofficial transcripts, did you write down your full name as well as your portal ID?
@ggdcal I was also wondering why they were asking for my official transcripts when I have not been admitted ! The email specifically said not send it in until you were an admitted student but I definitely have not been admitted. Its confusing haha
