I'm a film major (transfer student) and I was accepted to Fullerton and Long Beach so far, though since I was accepted to Long Beach under theory & practice, I've decided to not attend there. I'm still waiting on Northridge (provisional film) but I'm considering sending my deposit soon since I heard housing is tough to come by. I guess my question would be should I wait for Northridge? and if I do get in, which would be a better choice?
My criteria weighs heavily on area, how good the classes and professors are as well as the general resources (equipment/internships). I like that Fullerton is Film & TV, and frankly I have no idea what the difference between provisional v. just film is since I believe I was placed there due to lack of classes at my school to fulfill requirements.
I know Fullerton's area slightly, so I know is relatively well situated. However I think Northridge has the upper hand in being closer to LA? Also, I'm not sure how great the program in itself is.
Really any insight at all would be much appreciated!
