CSULB, CSUSF, & CSUF Transfer Electrical Engineer chances?

I have an accumulative gpa of 2.67 and I am applying for spring transfer. I have completed all i-getc requirements and have thus fulfilled the requirements for an aa. I have had to request academic renewal for two courses and have had to drop a full semester (4 w’s) because of some severe home issues. I have also finished all the 3 calculus courses, am currently finishing my second physics course, am enrolled in both differentials and linear, finished one and am taking the other of the computer programming courses (C++ intro and the C++ object programming), . Essentially there is not much more for me to take at a CC besides the last physics and chem. My four golden road classes I have 3 A’s and a C. I am mostly interested in long beach because it seems like the best school I have a chance at, but I live just outside what they consider local. I know I have messed (my gpa was better once) I just did not do well the past two semesters for various reasons, but am without a doubt certain will have it back up towards the 3.0 area by the end of fall.

I have completed something around to 65 units and am currently enrolled in 16 -20 this fall. I know the minimum gpa is a 2.5 and its obvious mine is barely above that but with the 0.1 boost what are the chances of my getting accepted to any of these schools?
