I got into both schools for Pre-Film and I'm struggling to decide on which one.

Long Beach is closer to family in SoCal, and roadtrips to see my family and boyfriend in NorCal won't be too bad. I heard their film program is great, but it's impacted so the equipment will be hard to get a hold of. I've also heard there's not much to do in Long Beach unless you have a car and can drive somewhere else. I might have a car by the time I enroll, but that's still up in air and I'm not that used to driving yet. Long Beach is also closer to Hollywood, so the job opportunities might be better there!

San Diego seems a lot farther, and roadtrips would be troublesome. It's a lot farther from familiar faces. I haven't heard much about the surrounding area, but I think I heard there's more in the area compared to Long Beach. The degree (impacted as well) also has TV emphasis which would suit me well because I do want to get into Television as well. There's a farmer's market too, which I would love. However, since it's farther from Hollywood, I heard job opportunities for film and TV will be more scarce compared to Long Beach.

I can't decide which program would be better and which area I'd rather live in.
