<p>How likely is CSULB to accept out-of-staters? </p>
<p>I live in Washington, have a 3.65 GPA (4.0 scale), SAT 1740 (M 520, CR 620, W 600), fifty-ish hours of community service, am involved in Student Government and hold an executive position in my schools chapter of National Honors Society. I took 40 quarter credits of college classes my junior year.</p>
<p>I read that only 1% of the student population is out of state? Definitely a buzzkill. </p>
<p>Also, I plan to major in Biology or Environmental Studies, and go through a teacher preparation program.</p>
