CSULB student trasferring to UCB

I'm a CSULB student thinking of going back to community college (El Camino College at Torrance) and then transfer to UC Berkeley.

I used to major pre-nursing @ CSULB but I'm changing my major to either astrophysics or nuclear engineering.

I will have 55 semester units by the end of this fall semester (2010) at CSULB.

19 semester units: from AP Exams
-> I got 3 from AP Japanese (CSULB gave me credit for JAPN 101 & 102= total of 6 semester units)
-> I got 5 from both AP Calculus AB and AP Calculus BC
(CSULB gave me credit for MATH 117, 122, 123 = total of 9 semester units)
-> I got 4 from AP Environmental Science (CSULB gave me credit for ESP 200 & lower division electives = total of 4 units)

30 semester units: from El Camino College (community college)
At El Camino College, I took/am taking:
->Chem 20 (5 units),
->Dance 1 (3 units),
->Economics 1 (3 units),
->English 1A (4 units),
->History 101 (3 units),
->Nutrition and Foods 11 (3 units),
->Political Science 1 (3 units),
->Psychology 5 (3 units),
->Communication Studies 4 (3 units)

6 semester units: at CSULB
At CSULB, I am taking: SOC 100 (Sociology 100, 3 units), CLSC 101 (Greek Mythology, 3 units)

Now here are my questions:

1) I will get 87 semester units (with AP credit) by the end of the spring semester (2012) and I'm worried about if I can get admitted although I am going to exceed 80 semester units, which I believe is the maximum. Will I be able to get in?

2) Will 19 unit semester units from AP Exams count toward the total transferable units (to UCB)? or is it separate from the units that I from the classes I took at El Camino college and at CSULB?

3) I have attended El Camino College since summer of 2008 (as California high school student) and will attend El Camino College till 2012. Will I be considered for admission although not all of my classes are taken within 2 year time frame?

4) Do I have to finish IGETC to be considered for admission?
