CSULB vs CP SLO vs UCI vs UCSD for EE

Hi all, I am transferring from a community college to major in electrical engineering. I am still awaiting decisions for most of these schools but need some feedback regarding these schools since I have to make a decision by May 1st. I still have no idea which school to go to if I were to be admitted into all 4 of these schools.

I didn't really want to go to college too far from home (live in LA), but I've heard good things about CP SLO EE program. Its location is the only thing that's holding me back right now.

How good is CSULB EE program? The reason I want to go here is because my friends and family are already attending and they are telling me to go to CSULB. It would also be much easier on me because I will know people and be able to get an apartment with people I know.

I like the community and location in UCI, but I might prefer CP SLO "hands on approach" over UCI. But going to a UC might be more "better" than attending cal states in some people/employers view

So basically need some feedback. And basically need to know how much better is UCI and CP SLO Electrical engineering program compared to CSULB and if I will be making a terrible decision if I decide to go to CSULB.

thanks for reading, any help will be appreciated!

Probably Cal Poly for EE.
