CSUN or cal POMONA for communication major?

Hey, I'm trying to decide whether to attend CSUN or cal poly POMONA. I got into both as a communication major, and I've visited both and decided that I liked both campuses. For csun, I received $5,000 in financial aid for the Fall 2011 semester, and for pomona I received $3,000. Since money is an issue, should I just choose csun? And if money wasn't an issue, should I choose to attend pomona? I know csun is regarded as a low cal state school, but I actually liked the campus a lot more than I thought I would. Which school has a better department for the communication major? (sorry, I know I have a lot of questions...)

CSUN is an up and coming CSU. Lots of recent investment in the campus. Also, it’s fairly well known for communications and has close local ties with LA media. I would have no hesitation selecting CSUN.

Simply the fact that CSUN is closer to what’s going in Los Angeles, then Pomona, I would think that CSUN would be better at Communications, if not, then they’d at least have better resources to breaking into the field through internships.

for all of the above reasons, Matadors win this one

sunny Northridge gets one more resident

Thanks for the advice guys! One more question… Is it best to transfer out of CSUN after 2 years (or however early I can) or just finish CSUN as my undergrad school and then go to a better grad school?

^ Where would you want to transfer?
