CSUN or SJSU for Animation?

I’m having a hard time trying to decide which school I should go to. I visited both campuses. I also had a tour of their animation facilities and talked to professors and students. What I’m mainly concerned about is the quality of the education, the cost of attending the school, and the prospects of getting a nice job after graduation. I know that San Jose has an incredible program, but it’s more expensive than Northridge, and it’s four hours away from my family and hometown. Northridge is cheaper, closer to my hometown, and the campus and dorms are beautiful and clean, but I’m not sure about the quality of the education. I’ve read that its animation program is highly rated in the country, but the student work that I’ve seen from the school isn’t that impressive to me. Another downside to San Jose is that it’s probably going to take five years to graduate even with AP college credits.

Can someone provide guidance on which college I should go to?
