CSU's closed spring 2013

<p>Are all CSU's closed for the spring 2013 applications? I have finished my 60 units of GE (I needed this summer to finish it, so I could not meet july transcript requests for fall 2013 transfer) </p>

<p>It seems like just about all majors are closed for 2013 with the exception of some credential programs, is this true?</p>

<p>It looks like they are all closed for Spring. Contact the campus you are interested in to see if there’s an exception processs.</p>
