HII can someone tell me which csu’s I will get into for comp sci or computer engineer majors with a 4461 Eligibility Index. In addition, we do use our csu weighted gpa to calculate the EI score right?
Colleges I am looking at are:
SJSU
SDSU
Cal Poly Pomona
Cal Poly Slo (prolly not)
Cal East Bay
SFSU
You use the capped weighted CSU GPA for the EI calculation.
SLO uses MCA points and 9-11th grade in their GPA calculation with the same 8 semester honors point cap.
MCA calculator and target a 4800+

You are competitive for all the schools but I would say CPP, CSUEB and SFSU are solid Match and Safety schools.
SJSU EI threshold for 2019 CS was 4675 so a Reach school for you.
SJSU’s CPE uses the Modified EI below:
[(SAT Math * 3) + (EBRW)]/2 = COE total SAT score
Then plug in your COE total SAT score into the EI calculation .
SJSU EI threshold for 2019 CPE was 4300 so a Match.
SDSU probably a Match at 4461.
SFSU is not impacted at the campus level, and computer engineering is not an impacted major there, so meeting baseline CSU eligibility should result in admission.

I think your list looks fine - you’re probably right about SLO but, the rest are likely to accept you. UCSC and Chico would also be interesting targets.
good luck.
