SDSU isnt the only school with a student run investment fund, some examples, Wisconsin Madison and Iowa. Most business schools have a student run fund or something similar

ur missing the point

Maybe it's the only student run investment fund approved by the nasdaq or something to that degree, I forget what I read exactly, but I hope you recieved the point of my message.

I understand your point. It is also one of the smallest student run funds. Wisconsin (however this refers to their MBA program, but select undergrads can be selected) runs a fund that i believe was 10 million dollars.

SDSU is great, dont know much about recruiting, but i know vanguard recruits heavily for their scottsdale office.

In case anyone was interested, SDSU has a study abroad program at Oxford University, it's quite a scam! OXFORD looks quite good on applications though. I mean the experience alone, being taught by some of the most brilliant minds in the world, oxford dons - they teach to inspire-- is amazing in itself.

How's it a scam?

EVERYONE gets an acceptance letter from Oxford.... if you catch my drift ....

When you're accepted into the school, or for the study abroad program? I don't think I get what you mean . . .

Oh, when you're accepted into the school for the Study Abroad session.

hey savedbythebell, i still don't get it. sorry. can you please explain how its a scam? lol i'm not catching ur drift

It's not literally a scam. I think it's scam because you can get an oxford education for a semester (or however many summers/spring/winter sessions you want..you can't study abroad during the school year (thats where the scam comes into play)) and you only have to pay around 4k. It's a scam in the sense ANYONE at San Diego State can go study at Oxford, and it looks nice on your application.

Cal Poly and SDSU are better than UCR, UCSC, and UCM....!!!

Another great argument. Score one for the logos!
