I’m 23 and i won’t finish Community College til Jan and UCR only accepts students during fall so keep that in mind.

I get the impression you don’t want to burn 6 months waiting for the Fall semester. So, apply to LA and SB and pick the one that works best for you.
I would think Long Beach would also be on your list…
